Busy lifestyle is a main cause for many diseases. It gradually irregular our hormone levels and digestive enzymes more often.

It is difficult for us to refrain from our duties and responsibilities. But we can easily use    Ayurvedic schedules to avoid stress created by our busy- lifestyles.

Ayurveda has great solutions to overcome stress and the risk of minamata-diseases which gives the suffering throughout the life. So we cannot guess the period that we have to conduct prescriptions because often it could be either boundless period or a long –term.

As I explained earlier prevention significantly enhances our economy. We have to cost more than prevention if we are ailed. So it is great If we can prevent diseases without facing that unanticipated penury. Similarly, that would be a great victory if we could long–live as a healthy person.
